UX design lead in an agile team working on the online banking app and website. Redesigned the online banking registration that saved the bank $2 million by addressing user pain points. Reimagined the password reset flow, estimated to save the bank at least $1.8 million during the next fiscal year.

Product designer for the company's SaaS customer analytics platform. Responsible for research, UX / UI artifacts and user testing. Collaborated closely with fellow designers, product manager and engineers to add new features, which led to substantial increases in subscription and retention. Contributed to the design system by adding new UI elements and patterns.
